All financial transactions are captured securely through our authorized international payment processor, Dodo Payments. Sensitive card details are never stored on our servers.
No-Refund Policy on Auction Placements
Because leaderboard positions and promotional exposure are provisioned and delivered in real time, all bids and top-ups are irrevocable and non-refundable. Please review our full Refund Policy.
Pricing & Additional Charges
The total amount payable is transparently displayed on the bid form before checkout. There are no recurring subscription fees, hidden renewals, or automatic rebilling.
