Every bid is permanent.
This is the one rule that makes the board work: money paid in never comes back out. Here's exactly what that means and why.
Getting passed isn't a refund event
Rank is a live leaderboard. Dropping a spot because someone paid more doesn't entitle you to money back.
Mistakes in submission
Double-check your URL, name, and description before paying. Typos and wrong links are not refundable.
Removed for breaking the rules
A listing hidden for violating our Terms & Conditions keeps the payment attached to it. No refund follows.
Changing your mind
Once a charge clears, it's final. There is no cancellation window on a bid.
Rank has to mean something
A refundable rank isn't a real commitment. Permanent payment is what makes the leaderboard trustworthy.
Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback instead of paying doesn't restore your spot. It gets the listing removed from the board.
Billing errors
If Dodo Payments double-charges you due to a technical error on our end, contact us and we'll investigate and correct it.
Questions first
If something looks wrong with a charge, reach out before disputing it with your bank. That's the fastest way to sort it out.
